Shipping

When will I receive my shipped order?

For our shipped orders, please allow 1-2 days for processing after your order is placed to ensure all orders are made fresh and properly prepared for transportation. This processing period may be extended during holidays due to bulk orders and an otherwise increased amount of traffic to our shipping website. After your order is processed, the package will typically arrive in 1-5 business days.

Local delivery vs. shipping?

We offer local delivery within 10 miles of Cherry Grove Beach, SC. If you aren't in our local delivery area we can ship fresh-baked cookies right to your door using a shipping service like the United States Postal Service. That being said, if you have a catering need, contact us and we can discuss delivery and pick up options.

What ingredients are in your cookies?

We use a variety of high quality ingredients, but the most common ingredients include fresh Grade-A eggs, fresh sweet cream butter, 100% pure cane sugar, wheat flour, pure vanilla, salt and premium semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Do you use preservatives?

We prefer to keep artificial preservatives out of our cookies. We focus on delivering high quality products fresh from the oven and straight to you.

Do you accommodate specific allergies (nut, gluten, dairy, etc...)?

All of our products are manufactured in a common kitchen with the possibility of cross contamination. We do keep allergens separated while baking, but under no circumstances can we make any guarantees to the absence of allergens.

Do your cookies freeze well?

Yes! Our cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months. We recommend individually wrapping them in plastic wrap or keeping them in the plastic sleeves we use for shipping. 

Tip: Thaw them for a few hours and/or microwave them for about 10 seconds!
